CVGC X Outfit Contest

CVGC 2018 was the first year that we officially gave everyone a theme to try and dress up for.  For CVGC X we figured that we'd do something a little bit more special, so this year we are going to throw an outfit contest!  I refuse to call this a "costume contest" as I feel like it cheapens it a bit.  I KNOW that some of you are going bring it with your unique style.  I expect to see people dressing up as their favorite musicians, as characters from some timeless movies, and, if we're lucky, a few will even branch out and and make their own interpretation of what they remember 80s style to be.  I can't wait.  So, I'm sure that you're saying to yourself right now: "D, that's all well-and-good...but you said CONTEST.  CONTEST means that there will be a winner, and, if there is a winner, then there is glory and prizes to be gained."  Well my impatient and overly competitive friend, you are correct.  In addition to any pride you may gain from besting the rest of the field, you will also win two cans of the 1985 CLASSIC beverage New Coke as popularized by the Netflix Produced Television Program Stranger Things (also as popularized by its own infamy).  For the release of this latest season, the Coca Cola Company has created a very limited re-run of the reviled/revered beverage, and your host (me) managed to get a hold of two cans.  You can do whatever you wish with them: drink them, share them, bathe in them, clean your battery with them, etc.
